HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?

  3. Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
  4. Fill in your billing and shipping details, including a valid phone number and email address.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method: Payflex or Ozow.
  6. Confirm your order and finalize the payment.
  7. Receive confirmation via email and track your order through your Applelux account or the WhatsApp support link.

HOW DO PAYFLEX PAYMENTS WORK?

Payflex allows you to buy now and pay later with four interest-free payments. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select Payflex as your payment option during checkout.
  2. The total will be split into four interest-free payments, one paid at checkout and the rest automatically every two weeks.
  3. Payflex doesn’t require credit checks, and you only need a South African ID and a bank card to get started​ (Payflex).

HOW DOES OZOW WORK?

Ozow lets you pay directly from your bank account without using a card:

  1. Choose Ozow as your payment option at checkout.
  2. Select your bank from the list of supported South African banks.
  3. Log in using your online banking credentials.
  4. Complete the two-factor authentication process, and the payment is instantly processed​ (Ozow).

ARE MY CARD DETAILS SECURED ON APPLELUX?

Yes, your payment information is safe. Applelux uses trusted payment platforms such as Payflex and Ozow, which provide secure and encrypted transactions. Your card details are never stored on our site.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

You can cancel your order within 14 days if the device is still in the condition it was when delivered. A cancellation fee of 30% will be deducted if payment has already been processed. Refunds are primarily offered to lay-buy customers. For cash deals, cancellations after 7 days will require a negotiation with Applelux for reselling the device.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. We recommend ordering ahead of time if purchasing for special occasions.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can track your order on the PostNet website or via the tracking section on Applelux. If you need further assistance, click the WhatsApp icon on our website to chat with our team.

CAN I RETURN A DEVICE I HAVE PURCHASED?

Yes, devices with factory defects can be returned within 7 days for a replacement or repair. The device must be free of wear and tear and include all original packaging and accessories. If any wear is visible, only repairs will be provided.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON APPLELUX DEVICES?

  • New iPhones come with a 12-month warranty.
  • Pre-owned iPhones come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers factory defaults, such as automatic shutdowns or unresponsive devices. It does not cover water damage, lost or stolen devices, or accidental damages.
